Biography

CONNOR WARREN SMITH is a highly sought-after studio vocalist, composer, arranger and live performer. An in-demand SAG-AFTRA session singer, Connor's voice has been featured in over 100 major motion pictures, television episodes, albums, video games, Disney Recordings®, and more. His highly varied career has allowed him to work in variety of musical settings: singing as a professional chorister on film scores for blockbuster movies like Spider-Man: No Way Home and Lightyear, while also arranging and singing backup for some of the world’s top pop artists such as Olivia Rodrigo, Rosalía, and The Weeknd. In 2018, Connor was signed to Disney Music Group, releasing an album with Disney’s critically-acclaimed a cappella group "DCappella” via Walt Disney Records. From renowned concert halls, theaters, to local auditoriums and the stages of the Disneyland Resort, Connor's voice and performance abilities have carried him across the globe for over a decade. He has had the proud honor of being a guest soloist with the Golden State Pops Orchestra, the Hour of Power Choir & Orchestra, and the Lviv Philharmonic in Ukraine, among others.

While many know him primarily as a versatile vocalist and performer, Connor also serves as composer, vocal arranger, music producer, and vocal contractor for a wide range of clients and projects. With numerous published and commissioned works, his choral pieces are regularly performed around the world. His writing and producing in the children's music genre has also brought significant acclaim, earning him 16 Teachers' Choice, Parents' Choice, and Academics' Choice Awards. In 2023, Connor began serving as the Arranger in Residence for the Denver Gay Men’s Chorus, combining his passion for choral music and LGBTQ+ advocacy. Today, he enjoys writing commissioned works for local and national choirs and groups, working with choral publishers across the country, and writing, producing, and singing for television, film, and artist recordings.

Connor Warren Smith is a Los Angeles-based choral composer, award-winning vocal arranger, and studio vocalist. Connor's commissioned and published pieces are performed across the globe by groups of varying size and caliber. Spanning from traditional chamber music to contemporary a cappella, Connor’s writing spans a diverse group of genres, but is weaved together through his signature sound of modern harmony, contemporary voicing, and moving melody. A Los Angeles native, Connor works prolifically as a SAG-AFTRA studio vocalist and arranger for some of the top composers and artists in the industry. Collectively, he has contributed to over 100 projects for film, television, and media, working with Michael Giacchino, John Debney, John Powell, Michael Bublé, Olivia Rodrigo, Rosalía, and David Archuleta, to name a few. Connor served as the Graduate Composer in Residence at California Baptist University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition and a Master's Degree in Conducting, studying with Dr. Glenn Pickett, Dr. Gary Bonner, and Dr. Judd Bonner.
